Breast enlargement

Indication: Breast augmentation is a surgical procedure that increases the size and volume of the breast by inserting implants. There are several methods of breast enlargement, including the use of silicone implants and the use of your own fat. Autologous fat breast augmentation is a more natural method of breast enlargement in which fat is harvested from other areas of the body, such as the abdomen or hips, and injected into the breast. An advantage of this method is that no foreign bodies are introduced into the body and the result can look more natural. A disadvantage is that the result cannot be predicted as precisely and the fat can disappear in some cases.

Silicone implants are the most commonly used implants in breast enlargement. They consist of a rubber-silicone shell that is filled with a silicone-containing liquid. Silicone implants are available in different sizes and shapes, such as round or anatomically shaped and different profiles (e.g. high or deep profile) to meet the individual requirements of patients. An advantage of silicone implants is that they provide a more precise result and can generally make the breast appear larger and fuller. A disadvantage is that they are foreign bodies in the body and in rare cases difficulties can arise. Operation: The silicone implant breast enlargement surgery is usually performed under general anesthesia and usually takes one to two hours. The surgeon will make an incision either in the inframammary fold or around the nipple to insert the implant. The implant is then placed either under the pectoral muscle or directly under the mammary gland. After the implant is inserted, the wound is stitched and a bandage is applied. The operation to enlarge your own fat is usually carried out under local anesthesia or twilight sleep. Fat is harvested from other areas of the body, such as the abdomen or hips, and then introduced into the breast through microinjections. After the operation, a compression bandage is applied and the patient should rest for a few days and avoid heavy physical exertion. After the operation: Get enough rest Take pain medication as directed Wear fitted compression garments Regular follow-up examinations with the treating doctor Avoiding heavy physical exertion Avoid direct sunlight Follow doctor's instructions for wound care and scar care

buttock lift

Indication:

Drooping upper eyelids - so-called droopy eyelids - can be extremely annoying for those affected. The development of drooping eyelids can be attributed to various reasons. With age, the skin and tissue in the area of the upper eyelids lose elasticity and resilience. The musculature becomes weaker and as a result the upper eyelids begin to droop: the eyelid droops, the eyes appear small and the gaze looks tired. However, droopy eyelids can also be genetic.

An eyelid lift can remove drooping upper eyelids and give the face a more alert and younger look. Eyelid correction is one of the most common cosmetic surgeries.

Surgery:

A tightening of the upper eyelid is a standardized procedure in which excess skin in the area of the upper eyelid is removed. If necessary, the muscles are also tightened at the same time. Since the incision is made in the natural fold of the upper eyelid, no noticeable or visible scar remains after the drooping eyelid operation.

After the operation:

  • After tightening the upper eyelids, the eyelids may be swollen

  • This swelling can last up to two weeks

  • Cool eyelids after surgery

  • head elevation

  • Sunbathing or going to the solarium should be avoided,

  • The result of the eyelid lift can be seen about four weeks after the operation
